Аннотация:

Diffuse toxic goiter is a genetically determined autoimmune disease with a congenital defect of the immune system. With diffuse toxic goiter, the secretion of the thyroid hormones triiodothyronine (T3) and thyroxine (T4) increases, which often leads to thyrotoxicosis.
