Abstract

The purpose of this article is to analyze the psychological characteristics of the student's self-control under stress. As part of the research, we try to determine the main aspects of self-control and its impact on students in stressful situations, as well as give practical recommendations for strengthening this skill to effectively cope with stress and increase overall psychological stability.
