INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS ON LIABILITY FOR BRIBERY
Abstract
The article discusses today's international standards for corruption cases, their orientations, foreign practice experiences on the crime of bribery and the standards they use. Therefore, suggestions and recommendations on the application of international standards have been developed based on the direction and scope of the work being carried out in the fight against corruption in our republic.
