In this thesis, the extent to which the military-political conflicts that arise against the background of international relations affect the foreign policy of the countries of the world, as well as the possibility of a “new war”in the future, are explained in an analytical way. It has also been interpreted by the author as the basis that the consequence of the expansion of regional conflicts affects the risk of global war.
