THE ROLE OF COMPLIANCE CONTROL IN THE ENERGY SECTOR

The presented article deeply analyzes the role of compliance control in the energy sector, relying on a set of general and specific scientific methods for studying social processes, including theoretical generalization of the material, the comparative legal method and the method of system analysis. The study pays attention to the opinions of scientists regarding the benefits of applying compliance control in this economic sector, identifying its positive aspects. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of statistics on the use of compliance control measures in energy companies of Uzbekistan, which made it possible to formulate conclusions about the significant impact of this institution on the functioning of the industry. Based on the results of the study, specific recommendations were developed for optimizing the compliance control system in order to increase the efficiency of the energy sector. This article represents an important contribution to understanding and improving energy management and can serve as a starting point for further research in this area.
