This article is devoted to the study of the terms, limitations and personal rights of civil-legal liability of employees in the medical field based on modern scientific research. Based on scientific research, the article discusses the issues of taking into account all personal rights of employees in the medical field and strengthening their civil-legal responsibility. At the same time, it examines the limitations of employees, the possibilities of learning and teaching what tools they use to address work and people and solve legal problems. brings important decisions studied in the protection of personal rights.
