Abstract

In the article, the use of criminal-legal sanctions in order to free minors from punishment using coercive measures, to re-educate them in the spirit of compliance with the law, and to analyze the legal sanctions used for minor offenders in foreign countries and appropriate conclusions were made regarding the improvement of our national legislation.
