Abstract

Proverbs are one of the samples of folk oral creativity that have been preserved to us through word of mouth over the centuries. Proverbs are used figuratively. In this article, we have studied and analyzed proverbs from Shuhrat's work “Golden Rust”. In the article, the characteristics of folk proverbs are widely analyzed in order to increase interest in folk proverbs from a literary point of view, to increase the artistry of the work, and to ensure fluency of the language.
