Abstract

This article analyzes issues related to theoretical views on the purpose of prosecutorial supervision over the implementation of competition law. The article also examines the opinions and considerations of scholars regarding the purpose of prosecutorial oversight over the implementation of competition law and provides relevant proposals and recommendations.
