Today, the rapid development of our country's economy and the increase in the standard of living of the population are closely connected with the wide opening of entrepreneurship by our state. Constitutional guarantees of the economy serve as a solid foundation for its sustainable development and growth of the population's well-being. In this article, based on foreign experience and our national legislation, the constitutional and legal foundations of the economy and development trends, legal problems arising in the process of economic development and their solutions are scientifically and theoretically analyzed, proposals and comments are developed.
