This article discusses the formation of effective models for the development of management competencies based on an integrative approach. The article outlines the necessary knowledge, skills, and experience for shaping management competencies, as well as analyzes the interconnection of pedagogical, psychological, and management approaches. This approach helps develop crucial competencies such as adaptability, innovative thinking, effective teamwork, and decision-making. In conclusion, the article highlights the significance and benefits of applying the integrative approach in developing the management competencies of educational institution leaders.
