Ushbu maqolada Birlashgan Millatlar Tashkilotining (BMT) maqsadli sanksiyalari tanqidiy tahlil qilinadi. Unda ushbu choralarning xalqaro tinchlik va xavfsizlikni ta’minlashdagi amaliy samaradorligi hamda xalqaro huquq, xususan, inson huquqlari va tegishli huquqiy tartib-taomillar (due process) standartlariga muvofiqligi baholanadi.
