Abstract

This article analyzes the legal status of stateless persons within the framework of international legislation. It also examines the historical, social, and political factors contributing to statelessness. The legislative gaps affecting the living conditions of stateless persons are discussed, and the role of international organizations in providing legal assistance to stateless individuals is highlighted. The primary goal of the article is to develop recommendations aimed at improving the international legal status of stateless persons. These recommendations are intended to enhance their social integration and increase their ability to fully enjoy human rights on an equal footing with other individuals.
