FOREIGN EXPERIENCE OF PRIVATIZATION OF NON-AGRICULTURAL LANDS

The article examines foreign experience in the privatization of non-agricultural land, focusing on approaches, mechanisms and results of land reforms in various countries. Particular attention is paid to legislative regulation, institutional transformations and the role of the state in the privatization process. Both positive and negative consequences of privatization are considered, including the impact on urban development and the investment attractiveness of territories.
