FACTORS CAUSING CONFLICTS OF INTEREST IN PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION AND THEIR LEGAL BASES

In this article, the factors that cause conflicts of interest in public administration and their legal bases are analyzed, and the laws adopted in this regard and normative legal documents under the law are studied. In addition, the article analyzes the factors that cause conflicts of interest in public administration, the fact that an international document on the conflict of interests has not been adopted at the international level, its implementation has not been implemented well, and other factors that cause conflicts of interest.
