Abstract

Remote work has become an integral part of the modern labor market, but its history and development extend over a long time. This article examines the history of the formation and evolution of remote work from its origins to modern trends. The key stages in the development of this form of employment are examined, including technological, social and economic factors that formed and changed the demand for remote work.
