This article examines the processes of sustainable economic development in the Republic of Karakalpakstan through econometric modeling. The concept of sustainable development and the intricate relationships among economic, social, and environmental factors are analyzed. Additionally, the specific features of the region's economy are considered, including environmental challenges, natural resource potential, and the development of key sectors. The stages of constructing an econometric model and the advantages of utilizing a multifactor regression model are highlighted. Based on the model, the interactions between gross regional product, investments, employment, agriculture, education, and environmental factors are elucidated
