Generativ sun’iy intellekt (SI) texnologiyalarining jadal rivojlanishi intellektual mulk huquqi sohasida kutilmagan muammolarni keltirib chiqarmoqda. Bu esa an’anaviy huquqiy normalarni tubdan qayta ko‘rib chiqishni taqozo etadi. Bugungi kunda ilmiy bahslarning markazida murakkab bir masala turibdi: algoritmlar yaratgan asarlarning mualliflik maqomini belgilash va neyron tarmoqlarini o‘qitishda ulkan ma’lumotlar to‘plamidan (Big Data) foydalanishning qonuniyligini ta’minlash.
