Abstract

The problem of combating pustular skin infection remains relevant, since the percentage of patients with purulent inflammatory skin diseases in children's hospitals is still high. The operation was examined during 2015-2022 for pustular diseases of soft tissue and skin . The age of children is from 9-13 years old. Along with the autopsies of the abscesses, the pus was backfilled, a biopsy was performed from the surrounding tissue of the hearth. The analysis of the obtained data showed that the main point determining in our study is the clinical course of the purulent process in adolescents and morphological changes in the area of infiltration and adjacent lymph nodes. Mono infection was found in 89% of cases, polymicrobial flora in 11% of cases. The isolated microorganisms were staphylococcus - 65%, streptococcus-12%, clinical bacillus - 11.5%, Pseudomonas aeruginosa -4.5%, proteus -4%, enterococcus-3%
