The study of the condition of altered skin in patients with scarred skin is currently considered one of the urgent problems in modern dermatology and cosmetology. There are many research methods to determine the quality of therapy for scarring of the skin, but not one of them can fully satisfy the researcher. In our article, we propose two evaluation methods for the condition of scarring of the skin, which allows them to be used in the future to assess the effectiveness of the therapy. In our research, we used the Vancouver School of Scar Assessment (VSS) and the POSAS scale, which includes a subjective assessment of the scar by the patient and the researcher.
