Abstract

Yaralarni davolovchi vositalarni rivojlantirishning istiqbolli yo‘nalishlaridan biri bu yara jarayonining turli bosqichlarida antibakterial, antiseptik, yallig‘lanishga qarshi, og‘riq qoldiruvchi, osmotik ta’sirga ega, ikkilamchi infeksiyani oldini oluvchi, nam muhitni ta’minlovchi, granulyatsiya to‘qimalarining o‘sishini tezlashtiruvchi va himoyalovchi, proliferatsiyani rag‘batlantiruvchi va epiteliyning hosil bo‘lishini rag‘batlantiruvchi xususiyatlarni nomoyon etadigan ko‘p komponentli surtmalarni yaratish xisoblanadi [1; 38-42-b., 2; 51-59-b.].
