Жаҳонда ЮИК билан касалланган беморларда клиник-диагностик асослари ва уларни даволашни такомиллаштиришга қаратилган илмий тадқиқотларга алоҳида эътибор қаратилган ҳолда, ЮИКда юракнинг клиник-функционал хусусиятларини баҳолаш, ЮИК нинг турли клиник шаклларда кечишида молекуляр-генетик ва функционал маркерларни аниқлаш, касаллик ривожланиш хавфини биохимик усулларини қўллаган ҳолда эрта аниқлаш ва прогнозлаш тартибини ишлаб чиқиш бўйича илмий тадқиқотлар олиб борилмоқда. Касалликни авж олишида томир тромбоцитар гемостазнинг фаоллашувини, плазмага оид прокоагулянтлар, фибринолиз тизими ва физиологик антикоагулянтдаги ўзгаришларни қамраб олувчи коронар томиричи тромбози алохида аҳамиятга эга.
