INFLAMMATORY DISEASES IN GYNECOLOGY AND NEW METHODS OF THEIR DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT

Pelvic inflammatory diseases (PID) occupy a significant place in the structure of gynecological diseases, affecting the reproductive health of women. The article deals with modern aspects of diagnostics and treatment of inflammatory diseases in gynecology. Innovative methods of laboratory and instrumental diagnostics, including molecular genetic studies and the use of high-tech equipment are highlighted. Special attention is paid to new approaches to treatment, including the use of modern antibacterial drugs, probiotics, and physiotherapeutic methods. The presented data emphasize the need for an individual approach to patients to improve the effectiveness of therapy and reduce the risk of complications.
