Abstract

In the period from 2022 to 2024. In the department of planned surgery of the city clinical hospital No. 1 (City Clinical Hospital No. 1. Tashkent), 40 patients were treated as inpatients whose BMI exceeded 30 kg/m2. Of the operated patients, 27 (67.5%) were women, 13 (32.5%) were men. The average age was 37.3 ± 0.84 years. Laparoscopic gastric bypass was performed in 8 (20%) patients, and 32 (80%) patients underwent “sleeve” gastrectomy.
