This article examines the methods for developing physical and mental resilience in military training, their effectiveness, and relevant scientific research in this field. Physical training helps strengthen the cardiovascular system, increase muscle strength, and improve endurance. Mental resilience plays a crucial role in stress resistance, quick decision-making, and emotional stability. The study results indicate that an integrated approach to physical and psychological preparation significantly enhances the overall capabilities and efficiency of military personnel. Therefore, improving military training programs requires a balanced development of both physical and mental resilience.
