RICKETS AND VITAMIN D DEFICIENCY: PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS

This article discusses rickets, a disease commonly seen among children. Various efforts are being made worldwide to prevent this disease. In particular, in our country, under the slogan "A healthy child is the future of the nation," large-scale work is being carried out both to protect children from diseases before birth and after birth. Serious attention is even being paid to the health of the mother. As an example of this, the systems for providing high-tech medical care to women of reproductive age, pregnant women, and children are being improved according to Presidential Decree No. PF-60 dated January 28, 2022, "On the Development Strategy of New Uzbekistan for 2022–2026."
