This article presents the results of a study of the theoretical and experimental foundations of the domestic pharmaceutical market of immunomodulatory drugs. The study of the state register of the Republic of Uzbekistan, based on the generalized data, shows the feasibility of increasing the volume of products that suppress import prices.
