FREQUENCY OF OBSTETRIC COMPLICATIONS IN PREGNANT WOMEN WITH VARICOSE VEINS

The article is devoted to the analysis of the frequency of obstetric complications in pregnant women with varicose disease based on a systematic review of the literature over the past 10 years. Data on the risk of premature birth, gestosis, perinatal mortality, hypotrophy and other complications are considered. The role of preventive measures, such as the use of compression hosiery and timely treatment of varicose changes, is emphasized to reduce the risk of complications and improve the effectiveness of pregnancy management in such patients.
