Аннотация:
Нефротический синдром (НС) — хроническая патология почек, подразделяемая на стероид чувствительную (ССНС) или стероид резистентную (СРНС) группы в зависимости от реакции на кортикостероиды. Лечением выбора при НС у детей всегда являются кортикостероиды. Стероид резистентный нефротический синдром у пациентов может составлять от 20 до 30 % от общего числа случаев НС и вызывает серьезную обеспокоенность у терапевтов. Случаи, устойчивые к стероидам, трудно поддаются лечению и имеют более высокий риск развития терминальной стадии почечной недостаточности. Исследование случай-контроль было проведено среди 48 пациенов, страдающих нефротическим синдромом.
