DETERMINATION OF THE AMINO ACID COMPOSITION OF THE DRY EXTRACT SUBSTANCE ISOLATED FROM THE TRITICUM AESTIVUM (WHEAT) PLANT

Abstract:
This paper carried out a quantitative analysis of the free amino acids contained in the dry extract isolated from the native Triticum aestivum plant. The study was conducted using the highly efficient liquid chromatography (HPLC) method. According to the results obtained, it was found that dry extract contains non-exchangeable amino acids. It has also been found that among the amino acids studied, aspargin and glutamic acids are in the highest amounts.
