Abstract:

This article discusses strategies fore early diagnosis and effective treatment of hip (dysplasia and dislocations) and early childhood. Hip dysplasia is a common orthopedic problem ind childhood, which, if not derected early, can lead to disability. The study analyzes the available diagnostic metods-physical examination, ultrasound and radiogical metods and compares their effectiveness. The results of conservative and suegical treatment methods are recommended depending on age, degree of dislocation and stage of pathology. The article provides best practices, clinical recommendational experience.
