Abstrak:
Dolixosigma (sigmasimon ichakning uzayishi) surunkali qabziyat bilan kechayotgan bolalarda tez-tez aniqlanadi va yo‘g‘on ichakning kontrast tekshiruvlarida uchraydigan eng ko‘p anatаomik topilmalardan biridir. Biroq dolixosigmaning klinik ahamiyati bir xil emas: ayrim bemorlarda u anatоomik normaning varianti sifatida namoyon bo‘lsa, boshqalarida kolotransitning buzilishi, najas tiqilishi, megarektum/megakisima va subobstruktsiya epizodlari bilan kechadi. Asosiy klinik vazifa — faqat anatomiyani tavsiflash emas, balki qabziyatning yetakchi patofiziologik mexanizmini aniqlash (ushlab turuvchi xulq va og‘riqli defekatsiya, slow-transit constipation, evakuatsiya disfunktsiyasi/pelvik diafragma dissinerjiyasi), shuningdek organik sabablarni (Hirshsprung kasalligi va boshqalar) istisno qilishdir.
