Abstract

A modern system has been established in our country for the training and professional development of mid-level healthcare workers, organizing nursing work in medical institutions according to international standards. This was created in accordance with the implementation of the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan PQ 102 dated January 26, 2022, “Measures for improving and expanding the scope of the endocrinology service”. Sufficient attention is being given to the healthcare sector in our country. Competent healthcare professionals play a crucial role in raising a healthy and well-rounded generation. The number of medical institutions being built with the initiatives of our President is increasing daily. Collaborative ties with developed countries are strengthening. In particular, the “Republic Center for Advanced Training and Specialization of Mid-Level Medical and Pharmaceutical Workers” is establishing cooperation agreements with developed countries. Examples include Turkey, Germany, Japan, Korea, India, Russia, Kyrgyzstan, and China.
