PRINCIPLES OF DIET THERAPY FOR FOOD ALLERGY TO GLUTEN

The main principle of the diet for food allergies to gluten is the elimination of allergens and allergen components that are characteristic of the region and individually for each patient. The correct tactics for carrying out elimination diets, taking into account the sensitizing properties of foods that contain gluten, is the main method of treatment for food allergies and gluten intolerance.
