Kaner sindromi, autizm spektr buzilishi, neyroyallig‘lanish, sitokinlar, immun biomarkerlar, erta bolalik, immunopatologiya.

Abstrak

Mazkur tadqiqotda 3–6 yoshdagi Kanner sindromiga chalingan bolalar organizmidagi immunologik va neyroinflammator o‘zgarishlar tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda jami 60 nafar bemor bola va 30 nafar sog‘lom nazorat guruhi ishtirok etdi. Kliniko-laborator tekshiruvlar natijasida Kanner sindromli bolalarda IL-6, TNF-α va IL-1β kabi sitokinlar darajasining sezilarli oshishi, CD3+ va CD4+ limfotsitlarning kamayishi, CRP va immunoglobulin ko‘rsatkichlaridagi o‘zgarishlar aniqlandi. Bu holatlar Kanner sindromining etiopatogenezida neyroyallig‘lanish mexanizmlarining muhim rol o‘ynashini ko‘rsatadi. Mazkur biomarkerlar erta tashxis qo‘yish va shaxsiylashtirilgan davolash yondashuvlarini ishlab chiqishda istiqbolli yo‘nalish sifatida qaralishi mumkin.
