Abstract:

The article discusses current issues in gynecology in the XXI century, including women's reproductive rights, menopause issues, the relationship between mental and reproductive health, modern technology and telemedicine, oncology and early diagnosis issues, and the role of lifestyle and gender equality in health care. It also discusses current approaches and challenges facing gynecology, highlighting the need for an integrated approach to women's health and equal access to health services.
