MODERN STRATEGIES FOR CARDIAC REHABILITATION OF PATIENTS AFTER MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION
Main Article Content
Abstract:
Myocardial infarction (MI) remains a leading cause of mortality and morbidity worldwide. Despite advancements in acute care, effective post-MI rehabilitation is critical to reducing recurrent cardiovascular events, improving quality of life, and decreasing hospital readmissions. The aim of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of modern cardiac rehabilitation (CR) programs and their role in improving long-term outcomes in patients after MI. Particular emphasis is placed on the integration of physical training, psychological support, and lifestyle modification. Comprehensive cardiac rehabilitation programs significantly enhance physical and psychological recovery in patients after myocardial infarction.
