Abstract:
Family doctors play a crucial role in the primary healthcare system by providing accessible and comprehensive medical services. In Uzbekistan, enhancing the efficiency of family doctors is essential for improving public health outcomes. This article explores key strategies to optimize the activities of family doctors in primary healthcare institutions in Uzbekistan, addressing challenges such as medical training, workload distribution, and integration of digital health technologies. By implementing targeted policy reforms, capacity-building initiatives, and patient-centered approaches, Uzbekistan can enhance the effectiveness of its primary healthcare system.
