ACCELERATION OF THE PROCESS OF OIL EXTRACTION FROM FLAXSEEDS BY PRESSING

Abstract:
This article studies the possibilities of accelerating the process of oil extraction from flax seeds using the pressing method. The study analyzes the influence of factors such as temperature, pressure, pressing time, and seed moisture on the level of oil extraction. Based on practical results, optimal technological regimes are identified, and ways to reduce energy consumption and increase production efficiency are proposed. The article serves to introduce efficient and economical oil production technologies in the food industry.
