Abstract:

This article presents the development of a new technology for obtaining a liquid extract from a complex herbal formulation based on the plant Bidens tripartita L., which possesses anti-allergic activity. The study also reports the determination of the qualitative and quantitative parameters of the obtained liquid extract, as well as the results of the quantitative analysis of bioactive compounds. During the production of the liquid extract, factors influencing the release of bioactive substances from medicinal plant raw materials—such as the degree of grinding of the plant material, the extraction efficiency of the solvent, and the hydromodule—were investigated. Based on the selection of optimal extraction conditions, the parameters ensuring the maximum yield of bioactive compounds were established.
