FUNCTIONAL URINARY DISORDERS IN PATIENTS WITH AUTONOMIC DYSFUNCTION: CLINICAL AND URODYNAMIC ASPECTS

Main Article Content

Abstract:

Functional micturition disorders (FMD) in patients with autonomic dysfunction are a common problem that significantly impairs quality of life. Impaired autonomic regulation can lead to detrusor overactivity, incomplete voiding, urinary frequency, incontinence, and other lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) with significant urodynamic changes. The aim of this study was to evaluate the clinical and urodynamic characteristics of FMD in adult patients with signs of autonomic dysfunction and determine the frequency of various types of disorders. Standardized questionnaires and urodynamic examination were used. The data obtained allow us to clarify the spectrum and frequency of disorders and propose approaches to diagnosis and treatment.
