Abstrak

Jahon Sog’liqni saqlash tashkilotining ma’lumotlariga ko’ra, saraton bilan kasallangan dunyo aholisi soni 2023-yilga kelib, 19,5 mln kishini tashkil etmoqda hamda 2040-yilga kelib bu ko’rsatkich 50,7% ga oshib, 29,4 mln nafarga yetishi tahmin qilinmoqda. Hozirgi kunda tibbiyotda, xususan kimyoterapiyada keng qo’llaniloyotgan hamda yuqori samaradorlikka ega usullardan biri metallokomplekslar asosida olingan dori vositalari yordamida saratonga qarshi kurashishdir. Shu borada kadmiyning zaharliligini komplekslar sintez qilish orqali kamaytirish hamda bu o’rinda lipoy kislotaning metal ionlarini xelatlash xossasidan keng foydalanish muhim ahamiyatga ega. Biologik faol modda bo’lgan α-lipoy kislota ishtirokida kadmiy kompleks birikmalari sintezi amalga oshirish shular jumlasidandir. Mazkur ishda Cd (II) tuzlari va α-lipoy kislota bilan olingan kompleks birikma biologik faolligi aniqlandi.
