Yuqori antioksidant faollikka ega bo'lgan probiotik sut achituvchi bakteriyalar mezbon organizmni pathogen mikroorganizmlarning toksik ta'siridan himoya qila oladi va kandidoz, yurak-qon tomir, yallig'lanish, onkologik kasalliklarning oldini olishga hissa qo'shadi. Tajribalarimiz davomida Pediococcus acidilactici 1G, Pediococcus acidilactici 2G, Lactiplantibacillus plantarum 3G, Levilactobacillus brevis 4G, Levilactobacillus brevis 6G, Lactobacillus fermentum LF1, Pediococcus acidilactici P1 shtammlarini antioksidantlik faolligi aniqlandi.
