Аннотация

The main cause of food poisoning is the consumption of stale or stale food, including food contaminated with various conditionally pathogenic bacteria. There are many causes of food poisoning. The most important of them are various salmonella, staphylococcus aureus, streptococci, spore-forming anaerobes (Cl. perfingens), Escherichia coli, P. vulgaris, the causative agent of botulism, etc.
