Surunkali yurak etishmovchiligi (CHF) va temir tanqisligi (ID) anemiya bilan bog'lanishi hozirgi tibbiy amaliyotda tez-tez uchraydi va salbiy prognostik ta'sir ko'rsatadi, bemorlarning jismoniy mashqlar qobiliyatini yomonlashtiradi. Bundan tashqari, surunkali buyrak kasalligi (CKD) va CHF bilan og'rigan bemorlarda anemiya keng tarqalgan bo'lib, kardio-renal anemiya sindromi (CRAS) deb nomlanuvchi assotsiatsiya o'lim xavfini sezilarli darajada oshiradi.
