Optik koherens tomografiya (OCT), diabetik retinopatiya, diabetik makula shishi, glaukoma, yoshga bog‘liq makula degeneratsiyasi,OCT-angiografiya(OCTA), retinal nerv tolalari qatlami(RNFL), erta diagnostika, oftalmologiya.

Abstrak

Mazkur ilmiy maqolada optik koherens tomografiya (Optical Coherence Tomography-OCT) aparatining ko‘z kasalliklarini erta aniqlash va profilaktikasidagi o‘rni o‘rganildi. OCT-invaziv bo‘lmagan (to‘qimalarga jarrohlik aralashuvisiz) yuqori aniqlikdagi diagnostik usul bo‘lib, retina (to‘r parda) va ko‘ruv nervi (nervus opticus) tuzilmalarini mikron darajasida tasvirlash imkonini beradi. Tadqiqot davomida OCT yordamida aniqlanadigan asosiy kasalliklar-Glaukoma, Diabetik retinopatiya va yoshga bog‘liq makula degeneratsiyasining profilaktik ahamiyati tahlil qilindi. Natijalar OCT ning subklinik (klinik belgilar namoyon bo‘lishidan oldingi) bosqichda patologik o‘zgarishlarni aniqlashda yuqori sezgirlikka ega ekanini ko‘rsatdi.
