Abstrak:
Ushbu maqolada aqliy va jismoniy mehnat bilan bog'liq noyob ozuqaviy ehtiyojlar muhokama qilinadi. Unda kognitiv faollik miya faoliyatini qo'llab-quvvatlovchi ozuqa moddalariga bo'lgan ehtiyojni qanday oshirishi, jismoniy faollik esa makronutrientlardan energiya ta'minotini ko'paytirishni talab qiladi.
