Abstrak:
Chronic post-traumatic osteomyelitis is a severe infectious and inflammatory complication of bone injuries. This article reviews the main mechanisms of disease development, risk factors, and early clinical features. Modern diagnostic methods, including laboratory, imaging, and microbiological techniques, are analyzed. The importance of early detection and a multidisciplinary approach for improving patient outcomes is emphasized
