Abstrak

Queue management systems are essential tools for businesses and organizations looking to streamline the flow of customers and reduce wait times. The COVID-19 pandemic has only further highlighted the importance of effective queue management, as social distancing measures and the need for contactless interactions have led to a surge in the use of virtual and mobile-based queue systems. "YouGo" is a mobile app that allows organizations to create and manage multiple queues from a single platform, centralizing queue management and providing a convenient and user-friendly solution for businesses and organizations. In addition to its centralization, "YouGo" is also mobile-based, allowing customers to access and join queues from their smartphones. Other features of "YouGo" include customizable settings, real-time updates on queue status, and additional integrations and features such as customer feedback and data tracking. Overall, "YouGo" offers a range of benefits for businesses and organizations looking to improve their queue management processes.
