Аннотация

The article discusses the concept, principles, and importance of a balanced diet for maintaining human health. It describes the main components of nutrition, the role of proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins, and minerals, as well as the physiological norms of nutrition for various groups of the population. The article also highlights the negative consequences of an unbalanced diet and presents modern approaches to promoting healthy eating.
